Four Days Spring Painting Sessions on 18th, 25th May, 1st and 8th June at Guanghwa Bookshop

Hello Everyone, 

Hope you are all doing well.

Due to the popularity of our painting courses, we are pleased to let you know that Guanghwa Bookshop has organised four days Spring Painting Sessions on Sunday 18th May, 25th May, 1st June and 8th June 

There will be two painting classes on each one of the above-mentioned dates. The venue is at the bookshop, and we will provide the materials. 

Please see below details, dates, and times for each one of the painting classes:

• Sunday 18th May- The Morning Painting Class from 11:30 to 13:30
• Topic: How to paint Swallows and Willow Trees (燕子和柳树). This painting class is suitable for Beginner and above Level.

• Sunday 18th May - The Afternoon Painting Class from 14:30 to 16:30
• Topic: How to paint Chinese Landscapes throughout the seasons - Session One - Spring (四季山水之春季)
This painting class is suitable for Beginner Plus Level.

• Sunday 25th May - The Morning Painting Class from 11:30 to 13:30
• Topic: How to paint Roosters and Morning Glory. (公鸡牵牛花)
 This class is suitable for Beginner and above Level 

• Sunday 25th May - The Afternoon Painting Class from 14:30 to 16:30
• Topic: How to paint Chinese Landscapes throughout the seasons- Session Two - Summer  (四季山水之夏季）
This painting class is suitable for Beginner Plus Level.

• Sunday 1st June - The Morning Painting Class from 11:30 to 13:30
Topic: How to paint Plum Blossoms and Magpies (梅花喜雀)
This painting session is suitable for Beginner and above Level.

• Sunday 1st June - The Afternoon Painting Class from 14:30 to 16:30
• Topic: How to paint Chinese Landscapes throughout the seasons -Session Three - Autumn (四季山水之秋季）
This session is suitable for Beginner Plus Level.

• Sunday 8th June - The Morning Painting Class from 11:30 to 13:30
Topic: How to Sika Deers and Pine Trees (梅花鹿和松树)
This painting session is suitable for Beginner and above Level.

•Sunday 8th June - The Afternoon Painting Class from 14:30 to 16:30
• Topic: How to paint Chinese Landscapes throughout the seasons -Session Four - Winter (四季山水之冬季）
This painting class is suitable for Beginner Plus Level.

• The cost for each two-hour painting session is £16 

• Painting Tutor: Mr Jian Chu Xu
Mr. Xu started to learn Chinese calligraphy in 1980 under supervision of late calligrapher Mr. Laoyun Yu who was a famous Chinese calligrapher. Mr. Xu is the chairman of the Chinese Poetry Calligraphy & Painting Society of UK, Honorary Principal of Shifu Art College of China. He received an excellence award in the Chinese calligraphy competition UK in 2011 and a special award in the international Chinese competition in 2014.
